As a member of the Operations Team, the Airport Representative of Yellowfish Travel will act as the company’s ambassador at the airport. You must ensure that our customers are met on arrival at the airport in a warm, sincere, professional, and upbeat manner; support a smooth transition to drivers, handle operational issues, to guarantee a continuous high level of service to our customers.
Your main duties and responsibilities:
• Standby at the arrivals for every flight arrival.
• Controlling, monitoring and following up on the daily routes of the transfer services distributed on the driver's daily work sheet within the scope of arrivals, in order to guarantee that the service is carried out within the programmed/scheduled time.
• Welcoming and handling customers on arrival with Yellowfish voucher and directing them to their assigned driver.
• Escort the customer to his driver when required.
• Responsible for good service and maintain a spirit of team work among the drivers’ personnel.
• Ensures the neat of appearance and grooming of drivers.
About you:
• Good communication skills in English language, other languages are an advantage in this position.
• Good experience in operating Computers.
• Experience in a previous Customer Service role is an advantage.
• Outgoing personality with strong customer care focus.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
• Open to a flexible rotating roster that may include late nights, weekends and early mornings, flexible with uncertainties/changing priorities and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Available to work on a schedule from 4pm till midnight.
• Preferably candidates residing in Faro or nearby.
• Immediate availability to join us.

• Full Time and fixed-term employment contract until the end of October 2023.
• Net wage around €1.000,00 per month.
