A little about you:
- You are a native Portuguese speaker
- You have conversational English skills (both writing and speaking – at least at advanced level). All steps of the recruitment process will be carried out in English
- You are characterized by calmness, perseverance, and determination, even in difficult situations
- Enjoy interacting with people, even with the difficult ones
- Nice to have experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Provide phone support for customers during the car rental
- Contact the customers by phone or e-mail to find out their feedback about the company’s services
- Solve any complaints and challenges coming from the clients or redirect the situation to another department
- Communicate with the rent-a-car agents to provide the necessary information
- Maintain and improve the relation with the customers, also using social media channels
- Search and respond to comments or reviews posted by customers on the internet (Facebook, Trustpilot, etc)
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Work program:
We work from Monday to Sunday, and the program is divided into shifts:
Day shift: 08:00 - 20:00 (2h break)
Night shift: 12:00 - 24:00 (2h break)

Christmas and Holiday bonuses;
Salary of 705€ net + 8,32€ for each day of work in meal ticket + bonuses usually between 200€ and 500€;
