Resilience Healthcare - Support worker

Resilience Healthcare is an Irish-owned disability service provider established in 2011. It supports over 350 people with Autism, intellectual, physical, and sensory disabilities, as well as Prader- Willi Syndrome, through residential, day, and community-based services.
In 2023, Resilience Healthcare became the first company in the Republic of Ireland to earn a 5-star rating under the EFQM’s enhanced scoring system introduced in 2020. EFQM is an international accreditation that benchmarks business performance against global best practices. This award reflects the organisation’s commitment to excellence in health and social care. Resilience has also been certified in ISO 45001, the international Occupational Health & Safety Management Standard, affirming its dedication to the welfare of employees, visitors, and contractors.
It is a registered provider with the Health Information and Quality Authority (HIQA), with compliant inspections under standards for residential services for both children and adults with disabilities. It is also approved to deliver services to children and adults with high support needs, in line with all relevant regulations.

**Covers costs up to the maximum of €2000 and is available for the following expenses
Economy flight to Ireland Accommodation
Airport transport in Ireland
Essential Criteria:
EU Passport Holder
EU Driving License
Healthcare Qualification matching Irish QQI 5 Demonstrated experience working with individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities
Salary:
Starting Salary of €15 per hour which increases yearly - (~€31,200 before premium pay)
Premium Pay for nights, weekends & public holidays and opportunities for overtime
Contract & Working hours:
Permanent Contract (3 Years) Working Hours = 40 hours per week
Locations:
Across Ireland
Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Kildare, Kilkenny, Carlow, Laois, Wexford, Galway, Meath, Monaghan Louth.
