Social Bartender Ericeira

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and outgoing person to join our team in Ericeira as a Receptionist Bartender — a role that combines welcoming guests with good vibes behind the bar. Reception is at the bar, so you’ll be checking people in with a smile while serving cold drinks in a relaxed, social setting.

Your main tasks will include:
- Handling check-ins and check-outs
- Promoting and selling events and experiences
- Communicating with guests (in person, by phone, email or message)
- Keeping the bar/reception area clean and welcoming
- Serving snacks and drinks at the bar

You should:
- Have previous experience in hospitality (reception and bar)
- Be fluent in Portuguese and English
- Have a valid work permit for Portugal
- Be social, organised and proactive
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
- Be based in Ericeira or able to commute easily (drivers license is a plus)
