Reporting directly to the Global Operations Head, you will coordinate and monitor invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Description

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?



  1. Billing :



  • Coordinate the invoicing process for Liner sales;

  • Collect all elements required for invoicing, including travel data;

  • Check that settings made by the Onboarding team are correct;

  • Transmit information to CSP Portugal and carry out the necessary checks.



  1. Monitoring and optimization of invoicing processes:



  • Implement and monitor controls to validate the completeness of invoices;

  • Identify opportunities for improvement in the invoicing process to increase efficiency and accuracy;

  • Propose and implement solutions to reduce billing errors or delays;

  • Ensure digital archiving of invoicing documents in compliance with legal and internal requirements.



  1. Customer support:



  • Answer customers' questions about their invoices and guide them through the claims resolution process.



  1. Reporting and KPI monitoring:



  • Provide the elements needed to calculate provisions, such as uninvoiced Vins (Vehicle identification Number) transported;

  • Produce and analyze KPIs on invoicing times, errors detected, or disputes resolved.

  • Prepare and provide documentation for internal and external audits of sales processes.

Profile

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?



  • Degree in Management administration or equivalent;

  • Experience in a similar position (invoicing, sales administration);

  • Knowledge of accounting and billing processes is an asset;

  • Proficiency in office automation tools and accounting/billing management software;

  • Fluent in French and B1 in English or Fluent in English and B1 in French
