This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management (preferably in IT or tech consulting)
- Solid experience managing client accounts with international exposure
- Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
- Autonomous, strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset
- Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are highly valued
- Willingness to travel and engage with global stakeholders

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the development of strategic client relationships in the IT consulting space
- Identify and close new business opportunities with international clients
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations
- Ensure seamless coordination with recruitment and delivery teams
- Monitor commercial KPIs and ensure achievement of revenue targets
- Contribute to the strategic growth of Integer Consulting in global markets
