Your Mission (Main Tasks):

As a PMO Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting our project landscape by:

Tracking and Monitoring: Diligently tracking and monitoring the project roadmap, key milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely execution and progress.

Strategic Support: Providing crucial support in developing comprehensive business cases, executive presentations, and insightful strategic reports for leadership.

Meeting Facilitation: Organizing, preparing for, and actively supporting the conduction of effective meetings with various stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring that established quality standards are consistently met across all projects and programs.

Onboarding & Support: Assisting with onboarding activities for new team members, including providing access and support for relevant tools.

Reporting & Communication: Preparing and distributing regular, clear reports on program and project status for diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.

Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, escalating critical concerns to executive leadership as needed.

Dashboard Development: Developing and maintaining insightful dashboards using JIRA and other relevant reporting tools to provide a clear overview of project health.

Governance & Risk Insights: Contributing to robust governance and risk management frameworks, providing valuable insights into portfolio risks, interdependencies, and benefits realization.

Consistency & Transparency: Actively contributing to developing enhanced transparency across project activities to ensure consistency and clear understanding.

Your Profile & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of proven experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) role within Europe.

Stakeholder Engagement: Demonstrated strong ability to engage, communicate, and manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Strategic Vision: Ability to see the "big picture," connect disparate elements, and understand strategic implications.

Planning & Demand Management: Experience with demand management processes and roadmap planning.

Methodology Expertise: Solid experience with various project management methodologies, including both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with various project management tools.

JIRA Expertise: Strong practical experience with JIRA for project tracking and reporting.

Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.

Conditions:

This is a hybrid role, requiring a presence at our office in Lisbon, Portugal.

You must be legally authorized to work in Portugal.
