Our client, a manufacturing company, is looking to strengthen its commercial department with a senior professional in sales support. We are seeking someone with solid experience in commercial support, a strong customer orientation, and the ability to manage order processing and complaints to join a dynamic team in the industrial sector.
Main Responsibilities
- Management of an international client portfolio
- Daily communication with national and international clients
- Recording and follow-up of orders
- Managing delivery deadlines, documentation, and certifications
- Supporting the sales team in resolving issues and complaints
- Issuing invoices, managing transport documents, and supporting customs clearance
Profile:
- Higher education in secretarial studies, languages, international relations, or related areas
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles
- Experience in the industrial sector
- Solid knowledge of international trade and customs management
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and preferably Navision
- Strong fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish, German, and French is a plus
- High level of autonomy, with the potential to lead people
- Proactive and organised profile, with strong communication skills and problem-solving focus
- Availability for occasional international travel
