This project offers an exciting opportunity for Italian-speaking candidates to join a dynamic team in Lisbon, providing top-tier customer support for one of the world’s most renowned home appliance brands.

From cutting-edge kitchen appliances to smart home solutions, it is trusted by millions of households worldwide. As a Customer Advisor, you will assist Italian-speaking customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and product guidance—ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
✅ As a Customer Support you will:
• Handle customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Offering the most appropriate information and solutions aligned with customer queries
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to meet customer needs
• Document interactions and track cases to resolution
✅ Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
• 1000€ gross x14 months (it’s 1044€ x12 months) -base salary
• up to 100€ gross performance bonus/month,
• 20€ -Transport allowance
• Meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
• plus EXTRA PROJECT BONUS – total of €2000 gross (€500 gross paid out after the 4th, 7th, 10th and 13th contract month!)
