Scrum Master Strategic Aviation Project
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join a high-impact digital initiative in the aviation industry, supporting one of the worlds largest IT consulting companies in delivering agile excellence within a global context.
Location Lisbon Hybrid (2 - 3 days/week on-site flexible)
Contract Full-time, direct client contract
Must-Have Competencies - Ability to lead and coach 1 to 2 Scrum teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement
- Experience managing distributed teams, especially across Portuguese and English-speaking communities
- Strong ability to assess and elevate the Scrum maturity level of teams and organizations
- Proficient with Confluence and Jira tools
- Ability to support Product Owners in building and maintaining a healthy and prioritized backlog
- Experience in preparing, tracking and reporting Agile metrics as part of the sprint cycle
- Comfortable presenting results in customer status review meetings
- Strong customer engagement and communication skills in complex IT environments
