• PM
• Data viz tools Oracle BI and Power BI Advanced Excel skills
• PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset – working with data Pragmatic in finding solutions to make progress
• Data visualization
• Communicative – convincing others, leading (smaller) change initiatives, being able to bring complex matter in a way that is adjusted to the audience
• Structured – bringing structure to complex and ambiguous information
• Project WoW/Organized – able to keep oversight and priorities straight when working on several initiatives at the same time
• Self-sufficient/independent – being able to look for information when needed, being able to work independently
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
• Data science
• Automation
• HR experience
DUTIES/ROLE:
• Support continuous listening roll-out and operations
• Support ad hoc survey activities (incl further development of leavers feedback survey)
• Support data/reporting governance roll-out and operations (e.g. DQ monitoring, supporting stewards/power users, SLA discussion) Support org taxonomy review and operations
• Support reporting and data visualization projects/initiatives (e.g. OBIA, OTBI, OBIEE, reporting for LFS, RPMO)
• Support in ad hoc reporting requests (e.g. basic reporting questions core HR/TA/PM/etc, sick leave analysis, annual report) Support monthly reporting cycle
• Support improvement initiatives
