- Develop and maintain financial systems, ensuring efficient integration with accounting systems.
- Configure, implement, and optimize Sage software, customizing it according to the company's needs.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to understand financial requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct system testing to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
- Provide technical support and training to end users on the use of financial systems and Sage.
- Monitor and resolve financial system issues, minimizing operational disruptions.
- Design, develop, and implement customized financial solutions using Sage and other software tools.
- Integrate financial systems with other ERP and accounting platforms.
- Create customized financial reports to meet management and compliance needs.
- Automate financial processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
- Collaborate with financial departments to ensure solutions comply with accounting standards and regulations.
- Perform ongoing maintenance and updates of financial systems.
- Analyze clients' financial and accounting processes to identify needs and improvement opportunities.
- Plan and lead the implementation of Sage software, including configuration and data migration.
- Provide continuous training and support for end users and system administrators.
- Conduct system audits to ensure compliance with financial and accounting policies.
- Document implementation processes and procedures for future reference.
- Manage and maintain the company's financial systems, ensuring performance and security.
- Monitor the use of the Sage system, identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate with software vendors to implement updates and patches.
- Ensure system compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
- Provide technical support to users of financial systems.


Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy, Management Accountant software engineering ,IT, managment or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Financial, Economy our Management Accountant Degree
- Experience with Sage software, ERP SQL Programs
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial practices.
- Experience with Sage development and customization.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting and financial practices.
