The Role:

Your mission is to support our customers’ activities in the different countries.
Your tasks will include:

Answer incoming queries from customers by phone and by email;
Identify issues and provide solutions;
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction;
Record data in the CRM system (samples request, claims management, etc);

What we are looking for:

Customer service - oriented and high focus on customer satisfaction;
Experience with SAP (nice to have);
Excellent communication skills;
Advanced level of German and English (mandatory);
Currently living in Portugal;
