Engineer: Special Planning, Process/ Product - GERMANY

Adecco Professional, through its specialization line in Engineering & Industrial, is recruiting for a company in the automotive sector, an Engineer: Special Planning, Process/ Product.

The main responsibilities:
· Planning, procurement and implementation of the manufacturing process, meeting the agreed targets with regard to deadlines, quality, areas, investments and production costs;
· Coordination of the internal and external teams required for this;
· Controlling of internal and external resources within the scope of construction site management;
· Independent financial settling.

The Candidates should gather the following requirements:
· Degree in Engineering: Automotive/ Electrical/ Production/ Industrial;
· Knowledge of bonding techniques in the field of alternative materials and steel;
· Basic knowledge of the Painted Body process chain;
· Basic knowledge of CATIA V5;
· Advanced knowledge of PC applications and planning tools;
· Team player with strong teamwork and communication skills;
· Ability to deal with conflicts;
· Negotiating skills in English;
· Organisation and analytical skills;
· High willingness to be mobile both on a national and an international level.
