Adecco Human Resources is currently searching and hiring applicants fluent in German and English for a role of Support Specialist for it's international foodie tech client.
This is an hybrid role in Lisbon.

Descrição/Funções:
The role:
- Tech support/expert in the delivery of the best customer service experience to the user;
- Use the correct troubleshooting processes, language and structure to adress the customer complaints via email, chat, phone, tickets;
- Quicky respond to customer inquiries to ensure 100% customer satisfaction;
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources as needed;
- Back office tasks aligned.

Requisitos:
Requirements:
- Be proficient in German and English;
- Experience working in a fast-paced support environment;
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues;
- Eager to learn.


Must haves:
- Communication: emotionally intelligent, strives to always be helpful, empathetic with customer
service ethic;
- Ownership: passionate about the customer, advanced problem solving, pursues answers on his /
her own;
- Customer obsession: A passion for understanding the customer's perspectives, neeand the
willingness to go above and beyond to serve the customers needs.

Oferece-se:

- Competitive salary package;
- Hybrid system (days at the office and days at home);
- Wednesday to Sunday from 9h-18h.
