Your hero duties are:

Investigating and resolving issues regarding reported/flagged content on social media;

Handling and supporting client policies and guidelines;

Keeping quality requirements in terms of user safety;

Your super powers are:

Ability to work across shifts;

European citizenship or a valid work permit in Portugal;

Fluency in French (C1/C2/Native);

Strong verbal and written command (min. B2 level) of English;

You care to keep people safe!
