Part of your daily activities will be:
- Being the clients point of contact for all their queries
- Advise clients with an attentive and personalized treatment
Requirements:
- German Speaker (C1) English (B2 minimum)
- Right to work in Portugal (Visa, citizenship)
- Preferably with experience in customer service and social media/marketing
