Let me tell you about this opportunity, we are currently recruiting for a customer representative in the pharmaceutical and health area, for one of the largest international companies.
Part of your daily activities will be:
- Tranquilized clients with knowledge and emphatic behavior
- Help clients solve problems
- Answer doubts that the clients may have
- Advise clients with an attentive and personalized treatment
Requirements:
- English Speaker (C1);
- Experience in troubleshooting of at least 2 years;
- Right to work in Portugal (Visa, citizenship)
- Preferably with experience in customer service
