Management of Mercedes-Benz Cars and is responsible for the development of the worldwide sales organization. Mercedes-Benz Omnichannel MB.OC goal is a profitable sales growth of Mercedes-Benz Cars, maximum customer satisfaction and the continuous expansion of the success of the most luxurious automotive brand.

The Mercedes-Benz Omnichannel MB.OC OneFrontend initiative aims to provide Mercedes-Benz Omnichannel MB.OC customers with a seamless and luxurious online-to-offline experience, whether customers are online or in a showroom with a sales expert. A unified graphical user interface is designed to make the customer's journey consistent across all digital and physical touchpoints consistently and seamlessly. The newly established international team Mercedes-Benz Omnichannel MB.OC OneFrontend is responsible for the Retailer and Customer Contact Centre integration in Mercedes-Benz Omnichannel MB.OC.

The Product Manager will be the business owner of a product within the OneFrontend program and will be responsible for the definition of the strategic direction of the product, driving optimization together with stakeholders within an agile framework, ensuring it´s successful implementation (e.g. time, budget, scope and quality, business success) and continuously advising the region on how performance and target achievement can be improved.

Job Description
- Develop the product vision and use cases bases on success criteria;
- Ensure the integration of the product into the OneWeb Eco System in cooperation with the respective stakeholders;
- Execute and review the regular surveys/ usability tests to derive customer requirements and areas for optimization;
- Do the further development of the product and initiation of necessary changes/demands andinitiatives/projects where required;
- Establish and implement the continuous improvement process;
- Do the ongoing review of the product features and implement projects based on the digital house strategy/MBOC;
- Support of rollout projects/releases;
- Do the product presentations (regions, MPCs, internal committees and events, external events);
- Manage the line operation including setup, communication and coordination of the support, demand processes and required documentation;
- Be the representative of the product and first point of contact for all stakeholders;
- Manage and initiate the required optimizations/changes based on a well-structured process and prioritization;
- Coordinate the further developments with stakeholder and/or component managers in the digital house and beyond;
- Drive standardization (make use of existing UseCase steps, applications and services instead of redundant implementations);
- Integrate of existing use cases/ solutions provided by Digital House;
- Coordinate between technical requirements and technical implementation;
- Definite of requirement for external service providers, evaluation of offers, selection of external service providers;
- Manage of service providers;
- Set-up of delivery framework, communication/meeting structure;
- Monitor the quality and approval of deliverables.
