Randstad Professionals is recruiting a Quality Assurance Engineer, for direct integration, in a client in Braga.
Hybrid work (2-3 days remote / week).

- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open-source tools.
- Create test plans and test cases.
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback.
- Estimate, prioritise, plan and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify, record, document and track bugs.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
- Perform regression testing.
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
- Contact with internal teams (Developers and Product Mmanagers) to identify system requirements.
- Monitor debugging process results.
- Up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
requisitos/requirements
- More than 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience in Selenium/Cucumber.
- Experience in software quality assurance.
- Experience with automated testing tools.
- Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Knowledge of both white box and black box testing is valued.
- Knowledge of performance and/or security testing is valued.
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting is valued.
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) development.
- English intermediate level (mandatory requirement).
