We are currently looking for German Speaker Customer Advisors!
- With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of Handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
- Answer to customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring a high-quality service is provided.
- Providing product and tool support to improve customers’ experience.
- Administrative tasks: documentation management and database updating.
- German native or bilingual - mandatory;
- Good command in English.
- Computer literacy (easily browse different software programs in parallel);
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (you are comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).
- Ability to multi-task by working independently, while being a team player.
- A fully remote
