Brand Activator: Campaign Material Management (m/f)– Lisbon

SALESLAND is a multinational company providing outsourcing services in the sales field. Our customers use our services to maximize their sales and their market position.

We are recruiting for a brand in the tobacco industry who seeks to incorporate (full-time) a Brand Activator (m/f), in Lisbon.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work together with PLV material production and design companies to create the best materials for the brand, in order to ensure the best brand positioning;
- Manage all permanent and non-permanent brand material corresponding to the activation actions (follow-up and tracking);
- Promote the brand's visibility in points of sale, through the creation and development of strategic materials and others;
- Manage the implementation of the best materials for brand activation actions at points of sale, in order to achieve the best results;
- Develop brand activation actions, through different campaigns and points of contact (retail, horeca channel and others);
- Promote brand visibility at points of sale through the creation and development of strategic materials;
- Know how to identify opportunities in the market, know the points of sale and their capabilities;
- Develop new solutions for the brand to be more competitive, proactive and make a difference compared to the competition;
- Identify unexplored problems/opportunities and develop responsive actions based on thorough market and consumer analysis;
- Develop presentations and analyses that prove the project's progress, results, changes and future plans.

Requirements:
- Higher education in Management, Engineering, Marketing or similar (mandatory);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing functions;
- Experience in Campaign and Project Management (preferable);
- Fluency in English (oral and written - mandatory);
- Knowledge of Spanish (preferable);
- Mastery in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint and Word);
- Ability to analyze data:
- Driver's license and own vehicle;
- Knowledge of the tobacco market (preferable).

Conditions:
- Full-Time Schedule: 40h per week;
- Employment Contract
- Fixed Salary + SA.
