Main purpose of the Role Purpose of the Role
• Ensure the development and maintenance of sales in a given territory, taking into account the defined objectives and the established visit plan.
• Ensuring sales promotion with new potential customers and maintaining / retaining existing customers.
• Ensure the follow-up of the customer portfolio, keeping the customer database up to date.

Main responsabilities
• Responsible for increasing sales through direct contact with customers, retaining customers’ existing customers and prospecting potential new customers
• Responsible for evaluating the expressed or latent needs of customers, proposing solutions suitable
• Responsible for disclosing tariffs and products, as well as their characteristics, to customers, always safeguarding the company's ability to respond to customer needs.
• Responsible for the weekly planning of the visits to be carried out, taking into account the category of the customer, the problems that may exist, follow-up or renegotiation
• Responsible for submitting price proposals, being your responsibility to always inform a change to what was initially agreed upon.
• Responsible for developing a good business relationship between customers and Europcar.
• Responsible for updating data, contact strategy and customer follow-up actions through Salesforce
• Responsible for opening customer accounts and implementing commercial agreements through the Salesforce (SAR)

Technical skills

• Strong communication and argumentation skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages (valued)
• Good presentation and availability for flexible schedules and travel
