Adecco Human Resources is currently hiring a Técnico de Suporte ao Cliente (M/F)) for one of our prestigious clients in the area of Hosting and Domains, in Constância

Respond to requests for information and support about domains, email, hosting and web creation tools.
Identify customer needs and advise them
Escalate problems to second-level support

Experience in Customer Service;
Strong motivation for customer relations;
Good communication skills;
Customer orientation
High ability to communicate and manage oral and written information;
Experience in customer service Knowledge in the area of domain name registration and managementKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
Knowledge of English;
