Job description/specification
We are looking for an IT Customer Success Trainee who actively engage with our clients in the hospitality industry to provide technical support in the implementation and use of our Content products, helping them to reach their goals and broaden/deepen our relationship with them.

This position is based in the city of Maia in Portugal.

Responsibilities
Daily communication and relationship with customers to engage and guide them
Products servers and equipments setup
Content demo servers maintenance, content and features upgrade
Clients tickets support and products training
Partners process relationship, support and training
Follow and manage clients and partners incidents
Work closely with product team to identify issues and improvements
Manage and escalate crisis situations and ensure visibility of the management team
Develop and maintain client relationships

Must Have
Technical Level or Degree in Multimedia, Computer Science, Engineering, IT Management or similar
Fluent in portuguese and english (spoken and written)​
Good Communication
Problem solving skills and technical knowledge
Excitement to emerge in the technological world, customer success and sales operations
Ability to work under pressure to achieve goals in a reactive environment
Ability to learn and understand technical products and platforms
Empathy towards helping customers and ability to manage the customer expectations
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organised
