German Speaking Customer Service - Remote from anywhere in Portugal

We're seeking those passionate about Social Media Marketing who speak C1 level German, to join the customer service team at an award-winning outsourcing business, representing the largest Social Media company in the World, in Porto, Portugal.

Benefits:

• A Monthly Gross Salary of € 950,00 x 14 months


• A Monthly Language bonus of € 450,00 x 12 months


• A Monthly meal allowance of € 167,00 x 12 months


• Full time contract (40 hours a week / 8 hours per day / Monday to Friday - Weekend Off)

• Training: 7 weeks (3 weeks training 4 weeks nesting) 9h - 18h (Monday- Friday)

What will I be doing?

• Supporting business users with their online social media business accounts


• You will support people using this huge social platform and ensure they are monetising their business


• No experience is necessary as you will receive 3 weeks fully paid award-winning training to make sure your career gets off to the best possible start.

What do I need to do this?

• EU passport or ID card


• German C1 level


• Training is in English, so you'll also need to be highly competent in the English language


• Have the ability to multitask, as you will be speaking to customers via phone, email and web chat
