IT Security Senior Consultant

DR. JOHANNES HEIDENHAIN GmbH develops and manufactures linear and angle encoders, rotary encoders, digital readouts, and numerical controls for demanding positioning tasks. The company is market leader in measuring systems and high-end CNC controls for the machine tool industry as well as in the electronics and semiconductor industry with measuring equipment. Regarding the semiconductor industry, HEIDENHAIN offers leading products from back- to frontend applications.

HEIDENHAIN is creating a new branch for their IT Department in PORTO, with representation of most of Departments. We are recruiting:

IT-SECURITY SENIOR CONSULTANT

Main tasks/responsibilities of the position:

• Designing of information security concepts and security standards
• Managing of IT-Security projects
• Risk and vulnerability management
• Establishing IT-Security Trainings for all company staff (general)
• IT-Security audits and penetrations tests

Skills/Requirements:

• 3+ years in IT Security (any sector)
• Preferably a university degree or/and IT Security Studies
• Fluence in English
• Security Incident Handling & Response
• Knowledge of Operating Systems and Virtual Machines
• Network Security like Firewalling and Network Separation
• Application Security Development
• Knowledge of Security Across Various Platforms
• Fundamental Computer Forensics Skills
• An Understanding of Hacking an Attack Vectors
