Providing technical support for users of the client Apps;
Solicit sales, provide information about products and services;
Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers;
Collecting and providing feedback regarding products and websites;
Handling both Inbound and Outbound calls;
Fluent in Italian and have a good level of English
Work proactively, strong problem-solving, resolution, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills and strong multi-tasking;
Previously worked in customer service;
Time flexibility, namely for shifts, and to work weekends;
Strong computer skills, and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
