The Team
Prozis Tech division is focused on the development and continuous improvement of software products to support Prozis operation and strategy.
This is a young and motivated team, determined to make things happen. We need you to help us in this world domination tour.
The Role
You’ll be part of our IT Systems & Operations Team. It's expected that you develop and carry out infrastructure maintenance, seeking to optimise and automate existing operations.
You
You'll be expected to have between 3 to 5 years of experience in Systems Administration, with IT Ops experience. Also, experience in virtualised systems management and switching.
For this position, we expect the following:
Knowledge of English;
Knowledge and capacity of troubleshooting in Windows, Linux and MacOS;
Virtualization - VMWare;
Knowledge in automation and monitoring tools;
Experience in network management;
Experience in Office 365 and Google Apps management;
Used to work with ticketing tools;
Strong communication skills and good attention to detail;
Ability to work collaboratively with users and colleagues;
Must be highly self-motivated, patient, proactive and have a strong work ethic.
