We are looking for Italian speakers AND fluent in English (B2) to work as a Customer Service in
call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal. Our client is one of the biggest flight low cost companies.
Mission of the project:
Provide information, solutions and counselling customers regarding the company’s
services;
Accept reservations and check in / check out
help the customer with her reservations and problems they may have
Requirements
Native Italian AND English level (B2)
Experience in customer service
For non-EU applicants, it is mandatory to hold a valid work permit
Benefits
A renewable 6-month contract (CDD) from day one with the possibility for eventual CDI;
