Constant Group through HR & Training business area, directly recruits a Customer Care Advisor (M/F) (English) for a multinational Client company, based in Lisbon.
Job Description:
- After sales service support to Customers, by e-mail, chat and phone;
- Backoffice work.
What distinguishes you:
- Fluency in English (mandatory level C1-C2)
- Fluency in other languages is highly preferable;
- High School Diploma or Secondary School Completion Equivalent;
- Minimum of a year’s experience in a Customer Support or Customer Service role, in a multi-national environment (preferable);
- Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills;
- Solid computer skills;
- Team player.
