Adecco Recrutamento Especializado is hiring for multinational company, a Technical Editing, for Porto.
Responsabilities:

Provide on time regulatory documentation, such as user manuals, service manuals, mounting instructions or labels, for the assigned product categories;

Follow internal and external standards, based on the regulations for medical devices;

Perform change and approval process for new revisions and have the changes documented;

Coordinate translations to all required local languages;
-
Participate in risk assessment;

Collaborate in further developing both process and content, to improve the overall quality of user documentation.
Profile:
-
Degree in Engineering, Technical Communication or Regulatory Documentation;

At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer / Technical Editor;

Excellent English, verbal and written;

Basic experience with translation management;

Strong computer skills, mainly on MS Office, Illustrations/Drawings, XML Editor, DTP;

Experience with structured content and CMS;
-
Aware of legislation & regulatory requirements, basic knowledge of the CE-marking rules;
-
Detail-oriented approach.
