Finance & Strategy Associate (m/f)
The Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to client's unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration, decision making and guidance. Services focus on M&A Transactions, DD, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.
Main Tasks:

Managing team of Analysts and providing direct support to Project Manager on client projects;

Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison);

Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representatives;

Generating client-facing presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modelling.
Skills:
-
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, Investment Bank or Private Equity firm;

Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous full-time education taught in English or previous full-time employment in a country of official English language are an advantage;

Degree in a relevant subject (Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics);

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (advanced level);

Interest in the financial services industry and demonstrate good awareness of the industry;

Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance;
- Work and think clearly under pressure.
