Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the asset management arm of the Nordea Group, the leading financial services group in the Nordic and Baltic Sea regions. About this opportunity:

You’ll join our Institutional and Wholesale Distribution division, where we steer all the distribution, marketing and client service efforts of Nordea Asset Management. You’ll also join a company with Nordic values and a flat corporate structure in which everyone can make a difference. You will be part of the Fund Reporting team working directly at our Lisbon hub in close collaboration with our teams in Luxembourg and the Nordic region. You will have the opportunity to get exposure to a wide range of stakeholders from Accounting to Product Specialists thus getting a deep view of how a large Asset Manager is working.


Your overall responsabilities will be:

- Understanding business needs and translating them in functional specifications
- Being the interface between business users and developers
- Hold Agile meetings (Sprint planning, stand-up ..)
- Follow-up on projects using Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence..)
- Maintain solution documentation and make sure it is up to date
- Liaise with stakeholders across the organization to align delivery schedules and priorities

More specifically:

- Coordinate projects and changes related to our technology stack (MSSQL server, SSRS, SSIS, PowerBI, .Net, VBA)
- Understand financial concepts/formulas common in the Asset Management industry and translate them in specifications
- Hold weekly meetings to review the progress on the ongoing changes
- Work on a daily bases with internal and external stakeholders based in Luxembourg and the Nordics


The role is based in Portugal and he/she reports to the Head of Fund Reporting. It involves frequent contacts with Luxembourg hub and our teams based in the nordics.

- English proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Prior exposure to or strong interest in finance and technology
- Knowledge in SQL language and/or other programming languages is a plus
