Support Technician (M/F)
Adecco Specialized Recruitment, recruits for a reference customer in his area of expertise a Support Technician (M/F) between Porto and Aveiro.
Responsibilities:
First contact for our international employees in German and English in the field of IT;
Ticket creation, analysis and documentation with the ticket system;
Independent problem solving using the knowledge databases;
Installation, configuration and support of business applications;
Basic administration of company accounts and internal systems;
Ensuring the high quality of the services provided.
Requirements
Fluent in German (mandatory);
Fluent in English;
Knowledge of MS Windows OS and O365 features and configuration;
Good understanding of IT infrastructure;
Experiences in using a service desk tool;
Principles and practices knowledge of customer service;
Experience in functional SAP support will be an advantage;
Explain technical issues in clear and understandable language;
Utilize effective problem-solving techniques;
Respect timing rules;
Ability to cope with heavy workload in peak times;
Work in group.
