English & French Customer Support(M/F)

ManpowerGroup, world leader in Human Resources services, is looking for an energetic, customer-oriented professional to join our exciting project with our client. You will provide front line customer support by interacting daily with customers via phone, e-mail, and forums.

Responsibilities:
• Deal directly with customers by phone and email
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints within a 1-2 business-day turnaround
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated manager or director
• Keep accurate records of customer inquiries, interactions, and details of actions taken
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate bug reports to management
• Performs additional tasks according to business needs

Requirements:
• Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) and French - (C1/C2 level)
• Excellent work pacing (time management) skills, able to work independently;
• Attention to detail is essential to ensure the quality of work execution;
• Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time;
• Motivated, takes initiative, high energy;
• Ability to quickly utilize hot cues and key command shortcuts a plus;
• Familiar with MS office for updating progress;
• Clear Communicator;

*The project will start from home and afterwards will be transferred to our client’s site in Matosinhos. All the candidates must have fiber internet service and landline available at home.*
