We are looking for an IT Helpdesk for a multinational company.
You'll be the first point of contact for users regarding requests of any kind in the IT field.
You will deal with incidents or other user concerns in German - by telephone or via the ticketing system.
Together with your colleagues, you will offer 1st level support for the entire IT infrastructure.
What to have:
Fluency in German
Knowledge of MS Windows OS and O365 features and configuration
Good understanding of IT infrastructure
Experience in using a service desk tool
Principles and practices knowledge of customer service
Ability to cope with heavy workload in peak times
