Purpose of role : To reduce receivable open balances and improve the payment behavior of our Customers.

Our client is a very well know Shared Services Centre.
Principais responsabilidades
Responsibilities :
- Contact our external customers and follow-up all aged receivables
- Reduce payment cycle and to ensure the customers respect the payment terms agreed
- To work with the OTC Team Lead to pro-actively manage customer accounts
- To respond to general queries from customers regarding payments
- To research and verify receipt of payments and investigate residuals
- To identify and process refund and write-off requests.
Perfil desejado
- Working knowledge of collections processes
- Working knowledge of credit analysis
- Previous experience working in a GBS environment
- Good communication skills
- Team Player
- English-C1 (Mandatory)
- 1 additional language: French or Italian-C1
