IT Project Manager has the overall responsibility for the planning and control of IT related projects. IT Project Manager is responsible to ensure that all phases of IT projects life cycle are properly planned, coordinated, monitored, logged, and tracked appropriately.
Responsibility
• Apply existing strategies to balance the elements of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and resources;
• Ensure project outputs are consistently high-quality deliverables, on time and within budget to all business objectives;
• Partner with appropriate functional leaders to manage resources for projects, including requesting and releasing;
• Built relationships in order to collaborate effectively;
• Establish effective stakeholder management with business and front line organizations;
• Ensure an excellent communication between the IT technical teams and stakeholders;
• Identify and support the resolution to issues within and between various project teams;
• Lead daily/weekly meetings and produce meeting minutes;
• Maintain documentation as required by the development process;
• Participate in post launch audit output evaluations to make recommendations for continuous improvement of project execution practices;
• Perform weekly report generation;
Your Profile
• Higher Education Degree (Management or Computer Engineer) preferential;
• Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
• Minimum three years of experience as an IT project supervisor (experience with Microsoft Project).
• A broad knowledge of project management terminology, tools and techniques, mainly agile (Scrum and Kanban) approaches to IT management of projects;
• Experience with Agile Management Tools;
• Experience in software development methodologies including waterfall and iterative;
• Special Certifications (at least one): PMI; Prince2; PMP or Green Project Manager;
• Achievement oriented and Initiative;
• Planning & Organizing and Problem solving;
• Team building / Team work;
