As a supervisor, you will lead a group of approximately 15 Customer Service Representatives, organize their workload and monitor team performance. Be responsible for this team’s success and continuous improvement assuring the accomplishment of the internal objectives.
Responsibility
• Responsible for the development of each individual, to be accountable for the quality, productivity and attendance of the team;
• Proactively maintain and deliver the required service levels to maximize the productivity in the team to ensure the desired operational margin;
• Motivate the team and develop actions plans for continuous improvement, reporting to the Operations Manager;
• Analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement;
• Be a relentless advocate for our customers and their issues.
Your Profile
• Native or near native Polish speakers;
• Fluency in English (minimum C1 level);
• Experience in contact center projects (preferable);
• Management experience is a plus but not mandatory;
• Management, interpersonal and team work skills;
• Availability: Monday to Sunday 7 am – 9 pm.
