Are you willing to take these responsibilities?
Analyzes the project sponsor/customer requirements;
Determines the strategy for the proposal and evaluates feasibility;
Elaborates proposals including Business Plan & Project Plan;
Able to participate in project proposal presentations to clients;
Defines the development of the project proposal or plan to determine timeframe, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources for initial phases of the project;
Is the pre- interface between the project sponsor/customer and the services involved;
Negotiates significant changes in project specification or scope with the project sponsor/client;
Contributes to setting project evaluation parameters;
Able to contact the project sponsor/client at a tactical level;
Monitors and analyzes pending legislation and regulations which may impact the project operations and alerts management.
Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?
Univ. Master Degree (Management, Engineering, IT) with the advantage of additional complementary studies;
Experience in a similar position (bid management, RFP and/or pre-sales) will be a plus;
Good understanding of the mobile phone industry;
Knowledge of Project Management;
Full professional English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus;
High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project;
Availability to travel.
