Advise upon professional negligence and commercial disputes;
Advise upon regulatory, legal and operational issues arising from time to time;
Appoint and manage external lawyers as required;
Provide regular case reports for management;
Maintain an up to date knowledge of the law;
Provide support to the business on specific projects that arise from time to time;
Provide support to other teams as required;

Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?
Bachelor degree in Law, PG or equivalent studies as a plus;
Until 2 year of relevant professional experience (including training in Legal Bar Association);
Working in a multinational company and/or large consultancy/legal organization will be considered as a plus;
Drive for results, Business acumen and Action oriented;
Dealing with ambiguity and Conflict management skills;
Analytical Skills;
Strong written and oral communication skills;
English excellent oral and written.
