Are you willing to take these responsibilities?
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines;
Send invoices to the customers;
Monthly analysis;
Factoring - Billing and controlling;
Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities;
Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues - investigate and resolve customer queries;
Prepare and maintain various reports (debt ageing, DSO, cash-flow forecast).
Do you fit with the profile we are looking for?
Fluent English (mandatory) and Portuguese;
Degree in Economics, Management or other relevant to this function;
Minimum 1 years of related job experience in Treasury department;
Ability to work in fast paced and flexibility to adjust to a permanently changing environment;
Hands-on, proactive and problem-solving person;
Fluent in English (Spanish also is a plus);
Relevant SAP experience desirable and strong knowledge of MS OFFICE required.
