What will be your responsibilities:
You will be a Booking Agent for one of the biggest technology multinationals in the world and will be the point of contact of the costumers through a variety of channels – e-mails, phone calls and chat.-Contact with customers via telephone and email;
-Contact with business customers in an existing database;
-Verification of needs;
-Order and process management;
-Presentation of customized solutions;
-Client management;
-Reporting.
