About MyPrivateBoutique
MyPrivateBoutique is a Swiss fast paced, innovative Web based Community Shop of +500 000 Members, offering branded products such as fashion, fragrances, cosmetics, accessories, watches. The company, JBY S.A. is located in Geneva, Switzerland with offices in Guimaraes, Portugal.
We are currently looking for a Customer Care Agent (French) for our technology hub in Guimarães.
Job Description:
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail regarding orders, products or any other questions from the customers;
- Troubleshoot and resolves customer issues;
Profile:
-Excellent communication skills & high focus on customer satisfaction
-Fluent in French, good English
-Min 1 year of experience in a customer care area
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-Customer and business- minded, well organized, attention to detail
-Strong MS Office skills
