You will:

Providing second-line support for our client's recruitment process in the Italian market.
Conducting outbound contacts and providing inbound support to candidates.

requisitos/requirements

What You Bring

Native or Fluent Italian Speaker (C2 level mandatory).
Proficient in English (B2 level minimum) for internal communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly service focus and empathy.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce sector.
Must be currently living in Portugal and have a reliable fiber optic internet connection for remote work.

Your benefits:

Full-time:

• Base salary: ?1200 gross


• Meal allowance: ?8 p/day


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour rotating shifts between 7 am and 6 pm


• Weekends off


• In high season: Monday to Saturday, Saturday off 1 rotating day off


• A dynamic and international work environment


• be comfortable: work from home (in Portugal)


• temporary contract with Randstad (expected 2 months with possibility of renewal)

OR

Part-time:

• Base salary: ?600 gross


• Meal allowance: ?8 p/day


• 20h/week


• Weekends off


• In high season: Monday to Saturday, Saturday off 1 rotating day off


• A dynamic and international work environment


• be comfortable: work from home (in Portugal)
