CCTalents is recruiting an English-speaking Advertiser Support Specialist for the UK market, working on site in Lisbon. Help business advertisers use digital advertising products and resolve technical and operational issues.
📅 Required start date: 22 October 2026
🎁 Welcome bonus: EUR 2,000
Paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.
🎯 What you will do
- Manage advertiser enquiries by email and chat, from initial investigation through to resolution.
- Troubleshoot product issues and collaborate with operations and engineering teams.
- Provide clear customer updates and meet service and quality standards.
- Help advertisers use product features and improve their experience.
✅ What you need
- English at C1 level or above.
- Previous experience managing paid campaigns is mandatory and must be clearly evidenced in your CV.
- Experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in a contact centre or service programme for an advertising technology company.
- Confidence using social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently and with a team.
- Availability for rotating shifts and to start on 22 October 2026.
- A degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus, not a mandatory requirement.
💼 What is offered
- A 6-month contract.
- Base salary of EUR 920 per month, paid 14 times per year.
- Complexity allowance of EUR 40, paid 11 times per year.
- Net meal allowance of EUR 7.63 per working day.
- Health insurance available from day one with a monthly contribution and Portuguese tax and social security numbers; free after 6 months of employment.
- Relocation support for eligible candidates moving from abroad: a room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, at EUR 280 per month including utility bills, deducted from salary. For moves within Portugal, this support is limited to candidates currently in accommodation provided by competitors.
📍 Location and schedule
- On-site work in Lisbon.
- Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.
- Initial shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00. The operation may move to a 24/7 schedule.
