- Providing support to French-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
- Troubleshooting technical and account-related issues
- Guiding users through platform features and functionality
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience at every interaction
- Gathering customer feedback to support service improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level)
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment
- Customer-focused mindset
Salary & Benefits
Monthly Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: €920
- Performance Bonus (max): €360
- Language Allowance (French English): €250
- Meal Allowance: €10.20/day (~ €214/month)
- Assiduity Allowance: €110
- Flex Work Allowance: €60
Total potential monthly package: approx. €1,900
