Are you looking for an opportunity to combine customer service, operational coordination, and daily interaction with different business areas? We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading company in its sector, playing a key role in order management and customer support.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full order lifecycle, from order entry through invoicing and administrative closure;
Provide daily support to customers and the sales team, ensuring excellent service levels;
Coordinate deliveries, material availability, transportation, and related services;
Prepare and process contracts, order confirmations, and commercial documentation;
Monitor order status and ensure agreed deadlines are met;
Handle issues related to deliveries, transport, returns, repairs, invoicing, and documentation;
Maintain accurate information in ERP systems and internal platforms;
Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Transportation, and Technical teams to ensure operational efficiency;
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects.
REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Commercial Back Office, or similar roles;
Experience managing and monitoring B2B orders;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (mandatory);
Availability to attend the initial training period in Barcelona, returning home on weekends.
