It’s a global tech innovator behind the world’s leading AI-driven short-video platform and content services.
✅ As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will:
• Respond to customer questions quickly and clearly via email and chat regarding their orders of tech products promoted onplatform
• Provide accurate information about gadgets, device features, usage instructions, and compatibility.
• Follow our step-by-step guidelines to fix issues (eg. device malfunctions, connectivity problems, or installation support) or pass them on if they’re more complex
• Handle inquiries about deliveries, order status, returns, and replacements (e.g. “My gadget hasn’t arrived”, “The charger is not working”).
• Meet agreed response times and quality targets every day
• Take part in ongoing training and feedback sessions to keep sharpening your skills
✅ Competitive salary and compensation system:
• 1100€ gross x 14 months (it’s 1283€ gross x 12 months)
• 100€ gross x 12 months – monthly fixed bonus
• 7,63€ net/day – Meal allowance – issued as a prepaid card
✅ What we offer:
• Start date: 11.12
• Full-time employment contract (according to Portuguese law)
• Two-shift system: Monday–Sunday 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 5 days/week, 2 rotative days off). *Evening shift (13:00–22:00) may be added later.

✅ What do we expect:
• You speak German (at least C1)
• You speak English (at least B2)
• Strong written communication skills
• Troubleshooting skills, able to investigate and resolve complex customer issues.
• Familiarity with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
✅ Note: We require EU citizenship or full rights to work in Portugal
